Uber initiative aims to reward best drivers Uber has unveiled a program called Uber Pro that will reward its best drivers with extra pay, gas discounts and the prospect of obtaining an online college degree through Arizona State University. Drivers with a rating of 4.85 who have been with the company for more than three months are eligible for Uber Pro, and those who record more than 3,000 trips can go through the degree program.
