| | 21 December 2023 The worker was operating a scissor lift from the ground to clear an access path so he could move pieces of machinery out of the workshop and load it onto his lorry in the yard. 21 December 2023 The company was fined 130,000 after an HSE investigation found that safety mechanisms designed to prevent collapse had not been correctly set. 20 December 2023 The company was fined 100,000 after a member of the public reported the incident, in which workers were seen using a pallet as a mobile platform to remove heavy work equipment from a boat. 19 December 2023 The company was fined and the director handed a community order after the worker fell 3 metres off a ladder and fractured his femur, elbow, arm and pelvis. 18 December 2023 A health board in Wales has been fined 200,000 after a patient was found unconscious in a secure mental health unit and later died. 15 December 2023 The business was fined after a member of the public was butted by a cow several times, and later died in hospital. | | |
