The frenzy over ChatGPT/AI began 11 months ago and since then one thing has become absolutely clear: People are what makes it work. Maybe someday AI will be able to operate independently, but that day is a long way off. For now and into the foreseeable future, AI is the helper and humans are the creators. AI organizes, sorts and finds patterns in data far better and faster than humans. That’s what makes it valuable. AI lacks the intuition, human experience, empathy and most of all creativity that marketers provide.
