"I hit him over the head with it." ____________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________ Judge: "Looking over your file, I see there was an earlier complaint against you back in October, 1995. Seems your ex-wife claimed you stole her heart, her money and the best years of her life." Accused: "I never stole nothing, Your Honor. She never had a heart to begin with; if I had stolen her money, why am I so poor now? And when I met her, she was already 73, so the best years of her life had already passed." Judge: "Very well. Let's deal with today's complaint. You've been accused of stealing an 18-year-old's virginity in the back of your pickup truck." Accused: "Ain't true, Your Honor. The police arrived 5 minutes after her and I were in the back of my pickup. I didn't have time to hide anything even if I had stolen it. Furthermore, they checked my truck inside and out and never found a thing." Judge: "Let me get this straight. You admit you were with the girl at around 8 PM Saturday, February 30th?" Accused: "Gosh no, Your Honor. There is no February 30th." Judge: "What'd ya do, steal that too?" ____________________________________________________ An INTERNATIONAL BONEHEAD AWARD has been earned by Daniel Porush, 64, Boca, Raton, Florida, USA Daniel Porush Found With Titos Vodka, Prescription Pills In Car. Breath Alcohol .261 and .255. Legal Limit Is .08. A man known as the Wolf of Boca Raton and portrayed by Jonah Hill in the movie The Wolf Of Wall Street was just charged with DUI. Police say they found Vodka and pills in his Black BMW. Porush was ordered in the early 2000s to pay back hundreds of millions of dollars to people who he and Jordan Belfort, The Wolf of Wall Street, allegedly scammed in penny stock schemes. His medical supply business, Boca-based Med-Care, was raided by the FBI in 2015. Daniel Porush, who spent time in federal prison, is described by Biography.com (link below) this way: The real name of Belforts friend and Stratton Oakmont co-founder was Danny Porush. Belfort used his name in his book, but after Porush threatened to sue the films producers, they changed it to Donnie Azoff (which was the name used by Jonah Hills character in the movie). Fast forward to Tuesday afternoon: Boca Raton police say Porush blew through a 35 mph zone on North Federal Highway at 71 mph in a black BMW. According to a police report written by the arresting officer: I initiated a traffic stop on that vehicle. The final stop was 101 East Camino Real. I made contact with the driver who was later identified by his drivers license as Daniel Porush. It should be noted I first initiated my emergency lights and sirens on my marked patrol vehicle at approximately 200 North Federal Highway. I was directly behind the vehicle which was now traveling at a slower speed of approximately 40 mph. The vehicle continued to drive southbound passing multiple safe locations to pull over. Police say Porush continued on for quite some time, then eventually pulled into a parking spot under 101 East Camino Real. The report continues: I was able to make contact with the driver who took a moment to respond after I knocked on his driver side window. Once he opened his vehicles door I asked why he did not stop. The driver then attempted to respond but was mumbling his words. I could also see his eyes were watery. When I asked why he did not stop after seeing my lights and sirens, he responded, I thought and shrugged his shoulders as if he did not know. I then asked the driver to step out of the vehicle. The driver struggled to exit the vehicle using his weight to lean on the door. As he walked towards the back of his car he was taking small steps in a waddling motion. While standing still his entire body swayed in a circular motion. When I began to ask him simple questions, Porush made the motion he was speaking with his body language but did not actually say words. Porush, according to the report, had issues with several field sobriety tests. He was arrested on the scene. Prior to leaving the scene, wrote police, I found an opened 350ml bottle of Titos Vodka 80 proof, 40 percent alc/volume in the front seat in his briefcase. Also, a bottle of prescription medication, Diazepam 10 mg with 7 pills left. Once at Boca Raton police department and after the 20 minute observation period, Porush was read implied consent when he understood and agreed to give a sample of his breath to to determine his blood alcohol content Porush had a BAC of .261 and .255. Porush was charged with DUI and speeding. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail Tuesday evening and released on his own recognizance early Wednesday morning. Then set your fax program to hide your number and name, just like they do with their spam, and fax the letter to them. You don't really have to stop after the third time of putting a nice cheery fax howl onto their answering machine. Most fax software allows you to queue up all kinds of repeats. ____________________________________________ If the spammer leaves a regular phone number, find some old and useless keys from previous cars or whatever, put the spammer's phone number on a key tab, and don't forget to mention a $50 reward.
