Some older teens are dropping out of school. The pandemic has upended nearly all of our lives, but it has left some teens experiencing homelessness without the stability, routine and support of school. "The motivation is not there,'' said one student. Schools will not reopen this academic year.
More grim coronavirus records set. Gov Tim Walz told us last week to expect increasing COVID-19 totals. And Saturday saw the single-day increase on record since the pandemic began. The number of confirmed COVID-19 deaths in Minnesota climbed by 23 and the number of confirmed cases also saw its largest daily jump.
