IDOT grants secured for Peoria Road, Route 66 corridor plans
The Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission has secured two state grants that will be used to commission a redevelopment plan for Peoria Road/Ninth Street corridor and a countywide plan to promote Route 66.The grants were among 52 announced by the Illinois Department of Transportation last Wednesday.
