San Diego has no confirmed cases of the coronavirus, so IHRSA is proceeding with its event later this month but has offered a variety of recommendations for keeping attendees safe. On March 4, California Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency due to the spread of the virus across the Golden State.
