Important Election Update: Jackson County Democrats endorse Richard Owens for SOESD Board 

Richard Owens is running for the Southern Oregon Education Service District, position 7. 

The Jackson County Democrats are pleased to endorse Richard Owens for this position. 

The Southern Oregon Education Service District provides core services to school districts including services to children with special needs, as well as technology, school improvement and technology services. Richard is a strong advocate for children and families in Jackson County and will make an excellent board member.
