You might be aware that Canada Post workers have been conducting rotating strikes since October 22nd. We want to let you know that we are taking steps to minimize the impact on your order deliveries during these strikes.

WagJag will coordinate with vendors on alternate shipping methods, and petition Canada Post to add our products to an exempt list -- allowing deliveries in the event of job action.

You can also help by being proactive in the following:

• Placing orders earlier to increase chance of on-time delivery
• Checking tracking numbers regularly for expected delivery date

We are aware of the inconvenience and share your frustration; however, we will ensure to keep you updated as circumstances develop.
