I have been using a question to help people find limiting beliefs and thought patterns and I thought I would share. It's...
"What do I have to believe is true in order to feel the way I do?"
Then I add some clarification. I then ask,
"What do you have to believe about yourself, other people, the world and life in general in order to feel the feeling you have or experience what you're experiencing?"
I have found that this helps people focus on their thoughts and belief patterns and it has been quite helpful.
