Inbound Marketing: How the Kansas Speedway used a virtual race to fuel fan engagement on Twitter

Kansas Speedway needed to reach out and engage with its younger audience of NASCAR fans. To do this, the team created the #Virtual400, where fans would fuel their favorite drivers around an online track using custom hashtags.

The real-time, 267-lap battle drove 9.5 million impressions and had a reach of 4 million.
