Speaker Profiles:
Khalid Muhmood MBE, co-founder of Apollo English, British University Vietnam, and British Education Partnership will shed light on the innovations taking place in child education and speak from the perspective of both an educator and parent. Khalid’s acumen for best practices in education has earned him the Medal for the Cause of Education from the Ministry of Education in Vietnam as well as an MBE from Queen Elizabeth II of England.
Dugie Cameron, Director at Dragonfly Education Group (Singapore), has worked in the education industry for 30 years, including 25 years at Pearson, where he was most recently, President of Pearson Asia Pacific. In his seven years as President, Dugie led the transformation of the company’s position in China, as well as the refocusing of Pearson’s business across 17 countries. Drawing on his experience in education publishing as well as teaching, he will discuss how adult education and training is rapidly evolving.
