It costs a lot of money to live like an A-list actress. Case in point, a secluded estate on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai that was once the Aloha State hideaway of Oscar winner Julia Roberts. The $30 million price buys an architect-remodeled 1970s ranch home on almost 8.5 lushly planted acres with 400 linear feet on postcard-perfect Limahuli Beach and mesmerizing views of the deep green, cathedral-like peak of Makana Mountain. And, stateside, back in Texas, another Academy Award winner, Emma Roberts, has put her still-under-construction estate in Austin on the market for $26.5 million, while the New York City duplex that newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst created for his Hollywood paramour Marion Davis has come up for sale at $26 million.
