Behind the manhunt: A fourth inmate was captured Monday evening after he and nine other inmates escaped from the New Orleans jail last week. It could take months to round up the remaining fugitives, but authorities are confident they'll be able to find them all. Julia Guilbeau found out why. House Bill 575: Pregnant women in Louisiana and some of their family members would be allowed to sue anyone who helps provide drugs meant to induce an abortion under a proposal being considered by the Legislature.
