Jet Coffee created a buzz when it opened its south Lafayette location earlier this month, but owner John Tommasini says it's only the latest in plans he has for his growing coffee company. He's got plans to add locations across the southern end of the state -- ranging from Lake Charles to Baton Rouge all the way to St. Tammany Parish. You might remember him from this story I wrote about him in 2019. Back then he was a guy from Oregon who wanted to open a coffee shop. The multiple locations, he says now, was his plan all along.
