BY ADAM DAIGLE | Acadiana business editor Lafayette representatives as early as Thursday may re-inspect the troubled low-income Himbola Manor Apartments to determine which of more than 100 health and safety violations have been corrected. City-Parish Attorney Pat Ottinger said Tuesday that the city's community development and planning department has tentatively scheduled a re-inspection for Thursday. The deadline for the owners to make more than 100 health and safety repairs passed on Jan. 31, but it's not known how many of the problems have been corrected.
