COOKING THROUGH IT

A 10-Day Meal Plan for Every Pantry

Dear home cook,

Take it from somebody who hasn’t left his house for almost two weeks: bowls of beans do lose their luster.

But we’re going to be cooking in this odd and anxious time for a while. So today, Epicurious is launching Cooking Through It, a set of 10 recipes that can be riffed on to fit whatever you have in the house.

Cooking Through It is a guide to cooking with what you have, and inspiration for people who don’t know what to cook next (and don’t want another bowl of beans). But it’s also a community you can cook with. Starting April 1st, a group of Epicurious editors and I will start cooking from the 10-day plan, and we’ll share our meals on Epi’s Instagram account, as well as our own. Hopefully, we’ll see you cooking there, too.

If you think this sounds a little like COOK90, our annual January cooking challenge, you’re not wrong. But this is a much more flexible program, and it’s even more focused on getting the world to cook together. That’s why we’re calling it Cooking Through It—because that’s what all of us are doing. It’s all we can do, really. But now, we can do it together.
