Chunky Monkey Pancakes!
These pancakes were inspired by Chunky Monkey Ice Cream. Like the ice cream, it's absolutely loaded with chocolate and pecans in a lightly sweetened banana pancake.
Then you cover it with thick caramel buttermilk syrup. This is a gourmet breakfast at its finest.
