The investigation and analysis of work-related accidents and incidents forms an essential part of managing health and safety. By learning lessons and making improvements, organisations can prevent similar incidents occurring in the future. HSE offers two courses designed to equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to effectively carry out investigations in their own workplaces when incidents occur.
