Pennsylvania federal jury awards a historic $22M in back wages

Positive trends in labor force participation

At 83.3% in April, the labor force participation rate for all prime-age workers (25-54) is the highest since March 2008. The rate for women in this category increased to 77.5% and is the highest ratio on record since the series began in 1948.
