IOC Executive Board meeting in Lausanne - 22 May 2019 - Information for the media The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board (EB) will meet at the IOC headquarters in Pully on 22 May 2019. The main objective of this EB meeting is to prepare the decisions for the IOC Session scheduled from 24 to 26 June. The IOC EB members will also receive the final report of the ad-hoc Inquiry Committee, which has been investigating and assessing the areas of major concerns within AIBA, including governance, ethics, financial management and refereeing and judging. The ad-hoc Inquiry Committee will form a recommendation for the IOC Executive Board on potential measures and sanctions in accordance with the Olympic Charter. A press conference with the IOC President, Thomas Bach, will be held at The Olympic Museum in the afternoon (timing to be confirmed). Media representatives who will not be in Lausanne will have the possibility of watching the press conferences live on Periscope and YouTube. Media representatives wishing to cover the meetings are requested to register on the IOC website by Thursday 16 May. The media working room will be open from 9.45 a.m. to 9 p.m. Media catering will be provided to cover lunch. Morning photocall: The Executive Board will meet at the IOC headquarters in Pully. There will be a photocall at 8.45 a.m. before the start of proceedings on 22 May. Photographers and ENG camera operators who wish to attend a photocall will meet at the entrance of the headquarters and will receive their accreditation for the event before the photocall.
