Got fleas? They're no fun! I have no pets but somehow we have fleas inside our home and they're biting me. In any shallow pan/dish (I used a pot saucer) - add some water and mix with dish soap. Place underneath a light source and plants beside. Repeat and spread throughout your house where you may have fleas.

When a little girl I used to love watching my mother cook. Especially when she let me help make her homemade seasoning instead of store bought seasoning powder, other than salt and pepper. She brought out a big onion, cilantro, garlic buds, and pepper. She cut up the bell, onion and chopped up the cilantro. and let me throw them into the blender.

Beautifying your home isn't really that expensive. If you are saving money just find the cheapest material such as floral wrapping paper or anything colorful you can find around.

This is an extremely easy recipe for making ribs in the crockpot. This recipe calls for boneless pork ribs but it would work with other ribs as well.

Make a Wind Chime with Old Beads and Jewelry
By Vicki Keong
I recently put together a rather pretty hanger/wind chime for the patio using lots of leftover beads, old odd earrings, bits of old brooches and necklaces, and some colored glass pieces from a broken wind chime.

Today's QuestionsHow Much Should I Charge for a Deep Cleaning? How much should I charge to deep clean a 6,000 sq. ft. house, including baseboards, moldings, and all. It has 3 floors, over 10 bedrooms, at least 8-bathrooms, a movie theater, a bar, winery, and an aquarium is in this house. The house is almost immaculate. It will be myself & 2 other cleaners. How much should I charge to clean it? Should I charge hourly or by sq ft?Identifying Household BugsHow to Remodel an Outdated BathroomMy house was built in the early 70s. The toilet and tub are in one small area separated by a small wall and a narrow pocket door. Then the sink and vanity are located as part of the master bedroom. I like the openness of the vanity, but hate the carpet in front of the vanity. I'm leaning toward just laying tile in front of the vanity. Anyone had this bathroom layout and how did you remodel?Replacement Springs for a GliderCaptiva Windscreen Washers Not Spraying ProperlyI have a 2012 Holden Captiva 5. As long as the bonnet is open the washers work perfectly. As soon as it is closed there is only a small trickle. I have removed and cleaned all the parts and inspected for any crushing of the supply hose when the bonnet shuts, but can find no issues. Any ideas?Using Semi Permanent Hair DyeI have like a wheat blonde hair and I want to dye it a dark brown, but eventually want my natural blonde hair with highlights back. If I use a semi permanent hair dye will it eventually come back or will my natural highlights be gone? I don't want them to be gone forever, but I wanna go dark brown for a bit, but I'm scared that the semi permanent dye will change my natural coloring?Bleaching a Pink CardiganI have a pink cardigan and I am thinking of bleaching it, but I am not sure what color it would turn out.Bread Machine Shorts Out When Starting Baking CycleMy bread maker makes great dough and I gather the element works as it is lightly heated during the mixing and curing stage. The minute it starts to try to bake the bread it trips out. Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you!Repairing a Brother TypewriterThriftyFun Contests! This newsletter is powered by you!
