Wabbit season: Police arrest Easter Bunny hunters Just because a pandemic is happening doesn’t mean holidays stop. Sure enough, kids across America are hoping for Easter surprises like eggs, chocolate and chocolate eggs. One particular Easter Bunny performer took it upon himself to wave to people from an interstate overpass in Ohio, but not everyone was into his festive spirit. Two men in a camouflaged pickup truck parked in a field near the overpass and brandished a gun at the cheerful rabbit, which led to someone calling the police on their antics. They found the truck was full of alcohol, and police were concerned one of the men may have had coronavirus due to his elevated temperature. It turns out that he was only drunk. We’d be more worried about the Easter Bunny, though. Seriously, that suit must have been scorching inside. Ohio is no pwace for wascawy wabbits.
