Are you a parent hitting (yet another) pandemic wall?
You’re not alone. And—newsflash—your kids aren’t, either. If they haven’t taken to remote school the way you’d hoped, or aren’t learning as much as you’d like, that’s OK. While, yes, it would be nice if your 1st grader knew how to read perfectly, or your kindergartener could do better with his sight words, it’s important to remember that they’re all surviving the pandemic just as we are: little by little.
It’s OK if they don’t learn everything you want them to in school, because they’re learning so many other life skills throughout this strange year.
