| What a great performance by Mecklenburg Vorpommern! | |
|
| Over the 5 days of the show Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, presented a new range of tourism attractions. For example the join-in festival SeaBorn in Kühlungsborn, the Rostock Cruise Festival, a new cycle route featuring the romantic aspects of Vorpommern and a new, sustainable form of accommodation by the name of sleeperoo. The federal state also unveiled plans for new regional costumes, to be created by none other than the fashion designer Jette Joop.

| With Malaysia named as Official Partner Country of ITB Berlin 2019, the nation already hosted a colourful, exciting booth at this year’s ITB Berlin. Malaysia – two countries in one, split by the South China Sea. The multicultural peninsula melts parts of Malaysian, Chinese and Indian culture. Penang was under the spotlight – a fascinating fusion of West and East, embracing modernity while retaining its traditions and old-world charm.

The world’s first easy-to-use rights-free tourism media asset base was launched on 11th March. This specific site is dedicated entirely to TOURISM MALAYSIA as part of the nation’s status as ITB Berlin Official Partner Country 2019.
