Successfull ITB Asia in Singapore
846 exhibitors from 110 countries welcomed over 10,800 trade visitors from around the world, including 895 registered buyers, in October in Singapore.
ITB Asia recorded a growth in visitor numbers of approximately 5% compared to last year. One reason is certainly the diverse congress program, which included the discussion of the main trends in the tourism industry in Asia by key experts.

| ITB China welcomes the World Bridge Tourism Project | |

| One of the major networking events in the tourism industry, the so called World Bridge Tourism Project, will be hosted by the European Travel Commission (ETC) and the European Tour Operators Association (ETOA) at ITB China 2017.
100 European travel service providers have the chance to be matched with 100 Chinese travel agents allowing for networking and business talks as well as sharing of in-depth information. The event promises its participants great business opportunities between Europe and China.

| Slovenia's cultural highlights and diverse history are focus at ITB Berlin Convention 2017
The green country will present its cultural and scenic attractions at ITB Berlin Convention. The stand of the small EU country at ITB Berlin in March 2017 will also be focusing on "The Cultural Cities of Slovenia". The country is particularly committed to sustainable development and active nature tourism. This year the capital city Ljubljana has been voted "Green Capital of Europe".

Due to the increased demand and the high dynamics of the technological developments in the tourism industry, the travel technology segment will be expanded to two halls for ITB Berlin 2017. The industry's latest developments and exciting topics such as virtual reality and chatbots will be presented and discussed by industry experts for five days in the eTravel Lab, the new eTravel Showroom and on the eTravel Stage.
