LOUIS fans?... This is a very odd assertion for BOB STOOPS to make. He didn’t kick JOE MIXON out of OKLAHOMA two and a half years ago when he was charged with punching a woman but says he’d have to do it now after video of the incident was released last week. The implication is clear: that Stoops is reacting to public opinion. And that any statements he makes about what his players can and can’t do is a response to what he thinks the public wants to hear. Does this reinforce what football teams from the GIANTS to Oklahoma have been showing us all year long: That they care about domestic violence only as much as the PR fallout?...
