Good morning,
last night I sent you a fancy-schmancy HTML email with a pretty sketch for the new Data Structures Course that I drew myself (my art teacher would be beaming with pride if she saw what I had drawn ;-)), and then Infusionsoft mangled the discount link, making it seem like the 30% discount, which expires tonight, was already gone and buried.
A 1000 apologies!
So let's try this again with a plain text email, hopefully that will be safer from URL mangling by Infusionsoft (OK Infusionsoft, down boy, D-O-W-N.)

Kind regards from a sunny and warm Crete

P.S. One of my readers was wondering whether this course would only be relevant if you are using Java 9. The answer is "no". It is relevant even if you are using Java 1.4. I do talk about the new things in Java 9, such as immutable collections and the two concurrency bugs that were fixed in the ConcurrentHashMap in Java 9. And I explain how you can expect a 3x slowdown in Java 8 HashMap versus Java 7 and the reasons why. So it's a history lesson as well as explaining all the latest and greatest collection features :-)
