[JavaSpecialists] Issue 296 - Follow Up

Good evening from Crete,

one of my friends Jesper Udby suggested an improvement for my last newsletter. Instead of the AtomicLong as a static field inside the record, we could also have one instance of the AtomicLong per set. This is slightly better. Less contention on this field, and the record looks more simple.
