Actor Jeremy Renner has long maintained a successful side hustle as a high-end house flipper and real estate developer. However, the “Mayor of Kingston” star has owned the same secluded 1960s-era home in Los Angeles for a dozen years. Having recently recovered from a snowplow accident that took place at his home in Nevada, Renner has now hoisted the sprawling and sumptuous contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills on the market for $13 million, around $9 million more than he paid. The six-bedroom home, with a massive rooftop solar array and walls of glass that slide open to merge indoor and outdoor living spaces, sits behind gates on over an acre. And, about 7 miles east, another veteran actor, Adam Goldberg, has put his updated 1950s traditional residence in the Los Feliz neighborhood up for grabs at $3.5 million, about a million bucks more than he and wife Roxanne Daner paid just over 5 years ago. |
