John Bel Edwards pushes to empty death row

JBE pushes clemency: After a state board in July rejected 56 death row prisoners' pleas to live, Gov. John Bel Edwards has ordered its members to consider those applications, Tyler Bridges reports. It's now up to the board to decide whether to grant clemency.
