| There's nothing like the sound of a cork popping! I've got the perfect sparkler for the weekend—Chateau de Villelongue Cremant de Limoux. This sparkling is made near the Champagne region of France, and I found it at my H-E-B. This will pair with just about anything you’ll be serving, including crispy “fried” foods like these Sheet Pan Fish-and-Chips or rich and creamy dishes like our ULTIMATE Mac-and-Cheese. | Goodtaste with Tanji is now airing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area on CW33! This weekend on Goodtaste, we visit Port A and the heroic locals who rebuilt after Hurricane Harvey. Our first stop is Venetian Hot Plate, an authentic Northern Italian restaurant owned by a woman who grew up in Venice, Italy. We’ll dig into the sizzling Italian food like the Misto Mare made with the freshest local seafood. Then, we visit La Playa Mexican Grille for a bite of the Crabmeat Enchiladas and to see the "miracle wall" of tequila bottles. Our last stop is far from your typical beach fare: Shell's Pasta & Seafood. We get a forkful of the Rigatoni Pollo as well as their other fresh pastas. We're saving you a seat!
