Become An Advisory Committee Member The Deerfield Park District is seeking interested community minded individuals to serve on the Recreation Center Advisory Committee and the Pool Advisory Committee.
The Recreation Center Advisory Committee Members meet alongside staff and a park board commissioner to study and review the operational components of the Sachs Recreation Center and make recommendations to the Park Board based on staff provided information and materials along with their findings and research.
The Pool Advisory Committee welcomes those who have participated in or have family who have participated in: Coho Swim Club, Adult Lap Swim, Learn-To-Swim Classes, Masters’ Team, Parent/Tot swim, public swim, or are just excited to help improve the aquatic experience of citizens and guests to Deerfield Park District facilities.
Applications are currently being accepted through March 8th for the next upcoming term which will allow involvement and Committee service for three years’ time.
