Wounded Warrior Project is hosting the Carry Forward 5K on Saturday, October 5th at Mission County Park, and we’re putting together a KSAT Insiders Warrior Squad to be part of this event.

This isn’t your typical 5K - you’re not just running or walking the course. This isn’t a race. It’s a mission. You’re participating in an entirely new way.
