| | Do you want to make meaningful improvements to programs and services based on your clients’ needs and preferences? Apply to join Listen4Good Online Beta, a site-testing program for a new interactive web app that puts sophisticated customer-service feedback tools at your fingertips. Created three years ago by Fund for Shared Insight, Listen4Good is a capacity-building initiative with a proven track record of helping more than 200 organizations increase their impact by listening to clients and responding to their feedback. In 2020, Listen4Good will be making its resources available to more nonprofits through a newly designed interactive web app, L4G Online, that features a rich array of materials and supports — including step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and peer resources that guide organizations through a proven, five-step process to design and implement high-quality feedback loops. In preparation, we are seeking organizations to participate in L4G Online Beta. Participating organizations will receive: A $5,000 honorarium with no restrictions on use Paid access to a premium SurveyMonkey account Unlimited access to the Listen4Good Online web app Applications are due May 10, 2019.
