If ever there was a year to walk, run and remember, it is this year. The Mandela Remembrance Walk and Run was started to commemorate Madiba's passing on 5 December 2013.
It has since grown in numbers and stature as an event symbolising Madiba's values, compassion and efforts to encourage social cohesion.

Simply walk or run your chosen distance wherever you are, complete the event forms and you will be awarded a virtual medal to confirm your participation in the Mandela Remembrance Walk and Run.
All proceeds raised will be donated to the Nelson Mandela Foundation to continue with the good work they do to preserve and promote Madiba's legacy.
