Libraries over the past few decades have experienced several transformational changes brought on by innovative new technologies and services. Some libraries find themselves still embroiled with navigating the challenges associated with those changes, whereas other libraries are faced with evaluating and implementing new user services. Join this session to discover how your fellow colleagues continue to move their libraries forward alongside both transformational change and the adoption of new technologies. You’ll better understand their approaches and change management tactics that motivate and empower colleagues, alleviating them from their fear and the struggles of doing things differently.
