Four months after initially having put the property up for sale, Kanye West has slashed the asking price of his vacant Malibu home down to $39 million, a number that represents an $18 million loss from the $57.3 million he paid for the place back in 2021. Designed by famed architect Tadao Ando, the oceanfront house was stripped down to the studs by West and includes roughly 4,000 square feet of living space that will need to be substantially renovated and improved by the next owner.
