Chamber urges forward motion on County Square

Greenville’s business community is encouraging the City Council to create “paths forward to completing” what it called transformative projects in the city. The council votes today on zoning changes for County Square.

GSP ready to move on parking improvements

 The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport Commission has approved plans to provide additional parking for travelers at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. The multi-phase construction project is scheduled to begin before the month is out.

Tru by Hilton opens in Columbia

Almost one year to the day after ground was broken on Tru by Hilton Columbia Greystone, the hotel is now open on Stonebridge Drive in Columbia. The 117-room hotel is owned and operated by Parks Hospitality Group based in Raleigh.

The Indigo Road adds hotel management and consulting

Charleston-based company The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is venturing into the hotel management and consulting space. A new partner in the group and president of the new division, called “lodging and lifestyle adventures,” will lead two new projects the company plans to launch this year.
