While the digital era of commerce has done a lot to up the efficiency of buying online, according to Poshmark CEO Manish Chandra, much of the personal touch has gotten a bit lost in the shuffle. Poshmark is hoping to use mobile — and its ability to foster social connectedness — to reset back to the bygone era of personalized service without sacrificing efficiency. And, with the rollout of Poshmarkets, he said, they are hoping to do both better. |
