Los Angeles CEO found dead years after vanishing on an Uber ride

Nearly a year and a half after Beau Mann, the founder of a digital health company, went missing from his Uber ride in November 2021, authorities located his remains in a courtyard area near an abandoned building in Santa Monica. The 39-year-old's remains were located about a mile from where his Uber dropped him off on Nov. 30, 2021.

Mann founded Sober Grid in 2015 as a way to help those struggling with addiction to keep in touch with and keep tabs on each other. Users can choose to stay anonymous or use their real names.

Prior to getting in an Uber, Mann had stopped at a 7/11 not far from his office around 2 p.m., according to a statement from Sober Grid.

Border Patrol clears way for more migrant releases to city streets, sources say: 'The dam is about to break'

The Biden administration’s top border officials just cleared the way for immigrants to be released into the United States from Mexico. 

According to reports, the officials authorized Border Patrol agents to “safely” release migrants to nearby US cities if non-governmental organizations do not have the capacity to hold them. 

Many are saying the mass releases could result in tens of thousands of migrants pouring into the US at the same time. 

Here’s when you can expect those mass releases to start taking place in the US.

DOJ knew about this Biden bribery issue back in 2018

A former U.S. Attorney says he was "stonewalled" by the Justice Department when he tried to bring charges against Vice President Joe Biden to their notice in 2018.

In 2018, former Arkansas U.S. Attorney Bud Cummins approached his New York counterpart, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman, about a conversation he had with Ukrainian officials who claimed that Joe Biden, as vice president, had intervened in a dispute between the Ukrainian government and Hunter Biden's energy company, Burisma holdings.

The Justice Department only got Cummins' phone records in December 2019 as a result of the investigation into the accusation.

These teens took quite a bizarre ride to prom

Going to prom is a right of passage for many teens. Because of that, everything has to be just right. From the dress to the tux, and the shoes to accessories - teens put a lot of thought (and money) into their prom experience. 

Another big part of arriving to prom in style is the vehicle you make your grand entrance in. And for a group of teens in Oregon, they strived to arrive in the biggest, baddest ride they could find. So naturally they rolled up to prom in a World War II era tank. 

“We don’t like normal very much,” one of the teens said when discussing the group’s bizarre choice of ride to the prom. 

But how in the world did a few teens get their hands on a tank and drive it to prom of all places?

A 6-year-old girl was allegedly forced to perform a sex act on a fellow student in the classroom while students recorded it on an iPad

Parents in Texas are furious after learning of a disturbing incident involving a 6-year-old girl and another student in the classroom. The young girl was reportedly forced to perform a sexual act on the other student while other students recorded the event on a district-issued iPad.

The incident occurred at Plainview South Elementary School in an area of the classroom that the teacher could not see. That teacher later found the video when she unlocked the iPad.

The girl’s parents found out about the incident after noticing changes in their child’s behavior. After asking her what was going on, the girl revealed what had happened to her.
