Fire damaged a single-story, vacant home in Palms Tuesday evening but no injuries were reported. Firefighters dispatched at 6:27 p.m. to 9300 Exposition Blvd., near Venice Boulevard, had the blaze out within 20 minutes of their arrival, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
