| | 31/10/2019 Government of Spain offers Chile its support to hold the COP25 Climate Summit Following the announcement by the President of Chile, Sebastin Piera, to suspend the 25th Conference of the Parties to the Framework Convention of the United Nations on Climate Change (COP25), to have been held in Santiago de Chile, the Acting President of the Government, Pedro Snchez, conveyed to him Spain's interest in collaborating in whatever may be required including, as the case may be, holding the Climate Summit in Madrid. |
