Jeff Landry to craft policies to reshape New Orleans has recommended a host of ideas largely reflecting the priorities of business leaders. An environmental advocacy group has filed a lawsuit against New Orleans and developers of the controversial $1 billion River District project, seeking to block the City Council’s tax break for construction of Shell Oil’s local headquarters building.
