In case you've missed our previous emails, the regular rate for Inc.’s Best Workplaces Awards expires this Friday, January 26, at 11:59 p.m. PT. And remember, you can apply now with placeholder text, claim the regular rate, and continue working on your entry until the final application deadline of February 9.
To help you navigate the application process, here are five of the most frequently asked questions from your peers!
Why should my company apply?
Recognition as one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces will elevate your firm’s employer brand and inspire greater productivity among your staff. You’ll see your company’s name featured in Inc. magazine and on Inc.com, and receive national and local coverage from the likes of Yahoo! Finance and Businesswire. And, whether you make the list or not, you’ll also receive a Company Overview Report, providing invaluable and actionable insights.
What are my odds of winning?
Inc. Best Workplaces honorees are determined by your company’s benefits score and employee survey results. All companies above the threshold make the list! If you put your employees first, your odds of being included are pretty good! Last year, we named over 400 companies. This year we hope to name even more.
What are the additional recognition categories?
You may apply in five additional categories, increasing your chances of recognition. Be evaluated against your peers based on your company’s years in business, revenue range, employee count, or region, or apply to our esteemed Editors’ List.
Is my company eligible to apply?
Companies must be independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company), be based in the United States, have 5 or more permanent employees, have been in business for at least 2 years, and bring in a total annual revenue of less than $1 billion.
What’s the application process?
Pretty simple! Submit your company application. Then your employees will complete an easy employee survey through Quantum Workplaces. That’s it.
The most important step you can take right now is to complete the first stage of the process and submit your initial application before Friday's deadline. This should take you only about 5 minutes.
