Have been denied MFP payment from FSA office due to error at time of certification, was told to certify my hay as mixed forage. It's a mix of alfalfa, orchardgrass. Washington also tells me in email to certify my alfalfa grass mix containing 60-percent or more alfalfa as mixed forage alfalfa grass mix. Now!!!!!! Being told I should have certified those acres as" alfalfa" to be eligible.
