Posted: 01 Oct 2020 01:07 PM PDT Art With Impact is seeking proposals for their $5K production grants. Pitches must focus on one or both of their underrepresented mental health categories: mental health issues specific to Black people, and mental health issues specific to immigration experiences. Five filmmakers will be selected in each of the two content areas (10 filmmakers total), and awarded $5K each to create an original short film (five minutes or less). In June 2021, there will be a live, online premiere featuring the 10 new films, as well as a week-long festival of ideas with educational workshops related to the two subject areas. Proposals are due at 11:59 p.m. PST on October 23, 2020. See full submission details.
