Ashley McKenzie runner-up in The Globe’s Canadian artists of the year Posted: 22 Dec 2017 01:09 PM PST Writer/director Ashley McKenzie (NSI Drama Prize) is featured in the The Globe and Mail‘s runners-up list of Canadian artists of the year. She’s recognized for her artistry on debut feature Werewolf (made with producer and fellow NSI Drama Prize grad Nelson MacDonald) which NSI nominated for the Telefilm Canada Micro-Budget Production Program in 2015. In the words of Globe writer Barry Hertz: “Werewolf is currently available for download on iTunes Canada, and as a screening option on Air Canada flights.
