We were saddened to learn of the passing of our friend, producer and National Screen Institute alumna Jean du Toit.
Jean passed away suddenly on June 4, 2022 in Gimli, Manitoba. Read her obituary.
Jean was a fixture in Winnipeg’s film and television industry for many years. She was also passionate about adventure, travel, boating and serving others.
A Memorial Fund is being set up in Jean’s honour by the Manitoba Chapter of the Documentary Organization of Canada (DOC). Donate here.
We will miss Jean with her fabulous curly hair and infectious laugh. She was a good friend and colleague to many, including us.
