Wildly imaginative pianist and composer Jim Ridl returns to his former musical home to perform striking original works with fellow master musicians and decades-old friends.

Juilliard-trained concert pianist and Harvard-educated psychiatrist Dr. Richard Kogan gives a lecture/concert that explores the impact of psychological factors and psychiatric illness on the creative output of the great American composer George Gershwin. Piano performances of Gershwin masterpieces including Rhapsody in Blue and Porgy and Bess illuminate the discussion.

Come eat, drink, dance, and be merry with the swingin’ sounds of the Mark Emmons Trio! Dazzle’s very own dance floor will be open for business for you and your partner to cut a rug. New to swing dance? No problem! Lark Mervine and a special guest will provide a live swing dance demonstration. And all the while there will be an art exhibition to enjoy featuring paintings by Anne Emmons. It’s all the arts rolled into one special event!

The Renewal Jazz Quartet performs jazz standards in a decidedly non-standard fashion as they celebrate the release of their new album Party Time.
